Reliance Jio 4G Tariff Plan Launch Offer Worlds Lowest 4G Plan

(RIL) chairman Mukesh Ambani on Wednesday used the company’s Annual General Meeting in Mumbai to announced the launch of Reliance Jio service. The much anticipated 4G VoLTE service will offer data tarrifs at never before prices and make voice calls completely free, unprecedented in the Indian market.


the tariff was based on three pillars: one, the customer should play for only voice or data; two, data must be affordable; and, three, pricing structure should be simple. So Reliance Jio won’t charge for voice calls, data prices will be what Ambani calls the “cheapest in the world” and there will be just 10 tariff plans to choose from.

During the AGM event, Ambani announced that all voice calls for Jio customers will be free of cost. Also, there will be no roaming charges for customers for Jio customers. He added that international roaming rates will also be cheaper than the rivals, though he did not announced the rates.
